—  What we do  —

Ellenar Events provides day-of event coordination and full set up. From the first day you book, whether it's a month away or 12 months away, we will act as your consultant at every step of your planning process. Stepping in at least one month before your special day and more hands on, we work to become the expert of your day and assist with any last minute details. With at least two in-person consultations and unlimited communication via text, phone and email, we plan ahead to ensure your wedding day operations run seamlessly and manage all of the details behind the scenes. It's your day; eat, drink and be married!

—  Luxe Day-Of Package $1,300  —

includes but not limited to:

• (3) in-person consultation meetings

• full day of coordination and supervision of ceremony & reception

• vendor management prior to and day of event

• wedding rehearsal coordination based upon availability

• full set up and breakdown of personal decor and items

• development of detailed timeline and floor plan

• follow up communication with vendors 1-2 weeks prior as assigned

• virtual consultant with unlimited communication via phone, text, email and video call

• (1) principal coordination and (1) assistant for full day of coordination

—  Base Day-Of Package $800  —

includes but not limited to:

• (2) in-person consultation meetings

• full set up and breakdown of personal decor and items

• development of detailed floor plan

• follow up communication with vendors 1-2 weeks prior as assigned

• virtual consultant with unlimited communication via phone, text and email 

• (1) principal coordinator on-site full-time and (1) assistant on-site part-time
